Terms and Conditions 2021

Minimums 

$200 minimum for initial wholesale orders. $140 minimum on reorders.
$30 charge for all orders below minimum. 

All orders subject to acceptance by Twisted Wares®. 

Order Quantities

Products must be ordered in inner-pack quantities. Orders that do not meet an item’s required quantity will be automatically rounded up to the next multiple.

New Accounts

We require all wholesale customers to submit a Tax-Exempt number (and may require a copy of a valid state tax ID, upon request), as well as a signed MAP Agreement. 

Prices 

Prices listed in our printed catalogs are wholesale and are subject to change without notice. 

All prices are in US dollars. 

Freight

Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Orders ship via ground service from Fulton, MO.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of their receipt for in-stock products. 

Backorders

Backorders will always ship free.

Payment Terms 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. 

Your credit card will be charged only when the items are shipped, unless your order is placed via our Wholesale Website, www.TwistedWares-Wholesale.com. You can order OUT OF STOCK items on this website, and you will be charged in full for these items at the time the order is placed. All backorders will ship ASAP.

Third-party wholesale ordering platforms, such as Faire, offer their own terms and promotions, separate from Twisted Wares®.

Returned checks are assessed a $25 service charge. 

Cancellations 

Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to freight fees. 

Collection 

Legal actions may be filed with Texas courts using Texas laws to effect collection of past-due balances. 

Accounts turned over to collection are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee. 

If an account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal and/or collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns 

Twisted Wares® accepts authorized returns only.

No return of merchandise will be accepted, and no credits issued without Twisted Wares® previous consent. 

Twisted Wares® must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any missing items, incorrectly shipped orders, or defective goods. 

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise. 

In the case of refused orders and unauthorized returns, customer will be responsible for the full cost of freight both ways.

Claims 

Any damage or shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from
receipt of order. Any damages will be promptly replaced or credited to your account. 

No damage claims will be honored after 10 days. Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately. 

All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection. 

Online / Event / Non-Brick & Mortar Storefront Restrictions 

Selling our products Online and/or at Non-Brick & Mortar locations (including
vendor malls) have restrictions and may include order minimums. If you want to
sell our products in these venues, please contact our Headquarters via email at:

Twisted Wares® may not be sold, advertised, or distributed via 3rd party websites (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) unless specific permission is granted in writing. MAP Agreement required.

Twisted Wares® enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) on all Twisted Wares® products. The MAP is defined as twice the wholesale cost published in this catalog minus one penny. This policy applies to all current products as represented in this catalog. MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold. Accounts failing to comply with the MAP risk suspension and may be held liable for damages.
